WHEN CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
We hope that you love your Locken product(s) as much as we do. We can offer refunds if any of the below conditions are met:
- If the product is defective due to shipping, please return it upon delivery/ do not accept the product.
- It is within your right as a customer to replace a product you ordered within three days of receiving the product if the product is defective due to manufacturing.
- Please note that you are not entitled to a replacement if it is not within three days.
- If the product is returned you will receive the Refund in 3 working days
If you would like to return a product:
please return it upon delivery and through firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours
WHEN ARE RETURNS NOT POSSIBLE?
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame of 3 days for defective items.
- The product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
- Anything missing from the package you’ve received including Price Tags, Labels, Original Packing, Freebies & Accessories.
- Fragile items, hygiene-related items.
- We apologize - you must bear the return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once the item has been delivered to you.
In order to cancel an item in your order, you have to send us on email@example.com
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed. In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to sender due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information, your order will be refunded once we are notified that the order has been returned/received. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Contact customer care for further assistance.
MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED, WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact email@example.com and we will file a claim on your behalf. This may take 5-10 business days to investigate with the courier company.
