Can I return an order?
Due to health regulations, we do not allow returns. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or deficient, contact us to order an exchange.
Is Locken for curly hair online?
No! Locken is made for all hair types, whether curly, straight, or wavy. Some products are more beneficial for certain hair types, such as the Definition Cream which is made specifically for curly hair.
Do you ship worldwide?
Along with shipping all over Egypt, Locken does ship worldwide!
Do Locken products contain any damaging ingredients?
Our products consist of clean, premium grade ingredients and are all free of sulfates, parabens and synthetic colors! You can find the full ingredient list under each individual product’s description on our website.

Once I've placed an order, can I cancel?
Yes you can. You can also apply for an exchange when you’ve received the order, only if there is damage to the items.
